Eric Harvey
As an entrepreneur and early-stage startup mentor, Eric has found his passion and his purpose in working with early and growth-stage companies. He understands the challenges and obstacles faced by the founders of these companies, and is energized by helping them solve one of their biggest problems: obtaining the best talent to elevate the organization.
Hiring tends to be looked upon with frustration and disdain; very few executives wake up and say "let's recruit today!"; however, these individuals understand that without the right people in the right roles with the right motivation and fit, their vision can't progress. That's where Eric's experience and connections come into play. His goal is to not just keep up with your talent demands, but to keep your organization several steps ahead. After all, recruiting is a game of chess, not checkers.
